plastic surgery

I had a face neck upper eye lid and lower lid done a year ago after a few months my neck droped one eye was o.k. the other eye was still crepey with to much skin my face didpnt look any diffrent except the one eye a week ago the same surgeeon done the eye again and the neck it looks o.k. there is still a bit of skin baggy o the eye but havient had stiches out yet and have been told this will improve the neck looks good but worried this will bag again the thing is i have looked on the internet from people who have had this work done and they are in pain i have had none at all is this normal............thank you...........pat
