removal of underarm fat/ skinny legs

I'd like to know if a small amount of what appears to be fat under my right underarm can be safely removed w/ cosmetic surgery and what this small removal of underarm fat is called. Also, is there a procedure that can remove other body fat and place elsewhere like to: skinny ankles, thighs, legs, butt??? THANK U FOR YOUR TIME!

why remove it when you can build it into muscle through exercise/weightlifting? skinny ankles, thighs, legs, butt none of them matter.you are beautiful,and a wonderful person.find love.none of the rest matters.

I have skinny ankles/legs is any way i can have plastic surgery to improve the look of my legs. I haven't wore shorts or dress since  i was little girl because i hate my skinny legs. Please Help

I read your comment on this site that i was looking into and  I thought wow! Finally someone i can relate to. As embarrassed as I am to say this i have very skinny ankles I mean very skinny my legs in general are very skinny I hate them!!!!!! All my life I have always suffered with this, its so embarrassing especially with the guys cause I can never show them my legs! Hell no! I cry so much when I see girls with pretty dresses cause I know I can never wear something like that! I cant go swimming, I cant wear shorts, I cant wear dresses and most important of all I cant be a woman!!!!! I cant be sexy!!!! Please if you can give me some information and how I can maybe get some affordable plastic surgery. I dont want to leave this world not knowing what its like to wear a dress or just be a woman. Please Help

I have skinny  ankles and calf all my life.  I have never worn a short dress. I am 66 years old and i would like to wear a dress to show my legs before i leave this earth can you help me.
