ruptured belly button

I was born with what the doctors then called a ruptured belly button...an ugly outie that appears to never been tied or sealed.

After 4 babes, weighing in at 8.4, 8.5, 8.10 and 8.10 1/2, I acquired alot of stretch marks from my belly button down to my pubic bone.  I have always had very strong stomach muscles and therefore have a flat belly but this excess stretched skin and disgusting "nose" have made me feel very, very self conscious and I feel very unattractive to look at.

I shouldn't be too vain but I've had this all my life and I wonder if I can look forward to something more acceptable to me?

a tummy tuck will fix this if you are willing to have the surgery.
