silicone gel VS saline

I have a rutured silicone implant and the doctor is removing the old and replacing them with the new silicone gel. Mine are 30 yrs old and he says that the saline would show to many ripples . Does this sound correct to you. Also when I had my implants put in , in 1974 I had to wear a support bra that held them smashed to my chest. Now my friend had a different bra that supported them but kept them pushed down so the wouldn't stand straight out. Is this a new way?

I have had mine done twice and I done the saline both times. And I had no ripples either time showing. I was asked what I wanted when I was talking to my Dr. and he actually talked me into saline implants.
Because they were safer to your body if they were to ever rupture.

All the woman I know have had the saline filled and they were more then happy with them.
