tip and nostril assymetry after rhinoplasty

I had closed rhinoplasty two weeks ago to correct a bulbous tip.  I had a minor assymetry at the dome of my nose prior to surgerey which  my doctor pointed out.  Now, I do not see that  surgical interventions to accompdate this assymetry during surgery so I am left with still a bulbous tip and now much more noticeable uneven nose and nostrils.  I just paid over 6,000 and feel like I need a revision.  If this is a problem that will not change much with a decrease in swelling is it something that can be fixed? And how would it be fixed?  I thought I would have my problematic nose taken care of but now just more problems...
