tummy tucks

I am interested in having a tummy tuck after trying lots of exercise on my stomach from having my first child, who is 2. I am 32 and may think of getting pregnant again in 3 years will this mean that what i spent on the tummy tuck will be a waste of time, as after my next pregnancy the tummy tuck work will be undone?

I would advise that you postpone your tummy tuck until your family is complete.  A major component of the procedure is to tighten the rectus muscle fascia which has been stretched from your previous pregnancy.  The repair of the fascia would be destroyed if you became pregnant after the procedure.
