undissolvable stitches

i had ear surgery on January 2007, i thought everything was ok,but 4-5 months later some stitches breaking out my skin  on the back of my ear.i can fell them and also i can see some little bumps as well.sometime them are sore. can u please give me advise what to do.  Thank you

Go back to the surgeon who placed the sutures and have him/her evaluate your ear and possibly remove the sutures.
