where to get a lip scar removed?

I had an accident two years ago and my teeth went through my upper lip.  Some stiching was done and I healed well.  Two months ago I had surgery to remove a small cyst that had grown on the lip - one year after the accident. The srugery has left me with a hard lunp on my upper lip. my smile is very uneven and I am distressed.
Will it go away by itself, or can i have the lump removed surgically? where should I go for help?

I WOULD JUST SAY THAT IF IT BOTHERS YOU, CHECK IT OUT AND MAKE SURE THE LUMP IS NOTHING BUT A SIMPLE LUMP AND NOT A CYST OR ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE TESTED. GO TO A GOOD GENERAL PLASTIC SURGEON. FIND A GOOD ONE AND LOOK INTO HIS BACKGROUND AND STUFF AND MAKE SURE HES GOOD AND SAFE. BUT YA, ANY PLASTIC SURGEON THAT DOES RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY!!! ONE THATS BEST AT WORKING ON FACES!

I would suggest you to go for cosmetic surgery of face. Before that just make sure you really need one. As told by boosty you need to check out good plastic surgeon, expert in face surgeries.
