1 year of diarrhea

I have had diarrhea for a year now, not one normal bowel movement, stomach pain, nausea, bloating. I got a colonoscopy a year ago and it is lymphocytic colitis and positive ANA but medications are not working they seem to make me go more. alot of time its like acid going thru my stomach and out. I don't know what to do. I live in a small town and it seems like nothing is being done. A year now and have tried 3 diffrent medications and nothing just watery explosive diarrhea. HELP!!!
