10 Years after j-pouch

I had j-pouch surgery in 2000. Have been healthy and relatively symptom free for the past 10 years. About 3 years ago I had a fistula that required 2 procedures to heal. It has recurred in the last 6 months. I have also developed anal leakage in the last 2 months. My concerns are whether or not my pouch is failing? Maybe I have pouchitis? Have never had it in 10 years so not sure what the symptoms would be. Have also experienced a distinct rise in gas symptoms.
