Has your doctor made any suggestions about the possibility of breaking up the adhesions? There is a technique using a ball that you roll on to break them up, but this is obviously something you would never want to try without consulting your doctor first. You wouldn't want to do anything that might interfere with the mesh placement.
Are you able to eat cooked veggies? They do lose some of their nutritional value when cooked, but sometimes, cooked ones aren't a totally bad thing. Carrots, for example, lose vitamin C when cooked, but become richer in beta carotene. Tomatoes are richer in lycopene when cooked. Have you been to a Nutritionist to help you come up with a diet you can tolerate? What about things like V8 juice?
