I have Crohns Disease. I must watch what I eat, avoid alcohol and other triggers that may start a flareup. I am worried because I take lots of Vicodan for the pain. I have taken up to 6 Viocodan per day when the pain is bad. Is there another way, I can control my pain without narcotics

This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.
