Bad Rectal Pain

Bad Rectal Pain

Hello Everyone

I am 26yrs old, just recently Diagnosed with ileal crohn's.

For the past 8 months I have been having some really bad rectal pain after using the bathroom. At first, doctors had put it off as a Rash or something else.

In april I had a Large Abcess (abscess) opened and Drained about 2 inches above my bum. After that, I was still having a lot of pain after using the bathroom, and the doctors found a fistula. I have since had a Drainage seton inserted but there is no less pain.

My suergon thinks I should be able to return to a normal life, but I am unable to sit for more than an hour at a time, and when i used the bathoom, I would rather Die than live with the pain.

Most of the pain seems to be right in the Bum area and lasts for 3 to 4 hours after a bowel movement.  Ive had a Colooscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Small bowel followthrough and all that fun stuff in the last 6 months. To be honest, Im starting to feel like a Lollipop.

Ive been reading somethings online and am thinking that it might be Proctitis caused by Crohn's but I am wondering if anyone else has any insight.
