Biopsy Results

My results are back from a colonoscopy and upper scope..... The gastro doc said that he saw inflammation in the stomach and the small intestine at the hospital and sent me with some diaherea meds and prilosic script.Said probally IBS.  My results are in from the two biopsies.. They said non-specific colilis (not ulcerative) and gastritis.Some internal hemmoroids (hemorrhoids). (talked to nurse not doc) so I asked if they could give me some med for inflammation I can't get in until March 11th which means leaving work early (I've taken off alot due to med apts.) Does anyone else have these results? With positive ASCA and neg Panca and high sed rate.with joint pains or are they quick to diagnose? I am still planing on seeing a rheumotologist.  Thanks for any info!
