Bowel Habit Change

I have had Crohn's officially for 7 years, symptomatically for almost 20.  I typically use the bathroom (BM) 4 or more times a day.  I flare around my period every month.  I haven't had a serious flare in over a year.  Last week, I was having a mini-flare due to my period and now I haven't been able to have a BM of any type since Thursday.  I am in a lot of pain, nauseas, vomitting, feeling very weak and tired.  I do not have a gastro right now.  Became a widow last year, made a long distance move, lost my job earlier this year, no insurance.  Is this something serious or will it pass on it's own?

You need to see a GI Dr you could have a obstruction! Change in bowel movements could alert to a promblem (when you have crohn's) but no BM in a week could indicate something serious along with the other symptoms you have  it could be a bad flare or a obstruction no matter what it could be you need to see a Dr for treatment they are the only ones that can make a dx.
