CMV and COLITIS

Can colitis cause irritation in penis area and urinary discharge problem for one day. M CMV infected and getting symtoms (symptoms) like purple skin rash on forehead, large pimple in my back, nausea, gas, colitis and sweating in small amount but cant see, bowling, acid influx, pain in abdomincal aream, cramps, pain in stomach lining.,...But my CMV infection after I got symtoms (symptoms) in the first week was negative in ELISA...What is the treatment - and cause -test - allopathy and natural treatments
