CT scan showed small liver lesions

CT scan showed small liver lesions

A couple of months ago I had  vague right sided abdominal pain, fever and loss of appetite.  An abdominal CT scan showed a "thickening of the hepatic flexure of the colon, consistent with colitis".  My doctor said I had an infection of the colon, I took Flagyl and Cipro for 10 days and basically have recovered.  I recently asked for a copy of the CT scan report.  It also said "small hypodense lesions present within the left lobe of the liver, most likely representing small cysts or hemagiomas".  Is this something I should be concerned about and follow up on?  My doctor never even mentioned this to me.
