Hi I've had Crohn's disease for 15 years am I going to get cancer because if this

Hi there!

Though patients with long standing Crohn’s have an increased risk of development of GI cancer, it is not necessary that everybody would develop it. The best approach is to be vigilant about the possibility and consider treatment options at the slightest suspicion. I would suggest discussing the situation in detail with your treating gastroenterologist.
