Does above diseases cause nail clubbing in fingers and toes and they caus any Rash on skin in back Area and chest area any one can explain please thank you

Crohn's/Celiac's/ UC  may cause the symptoms you posted indirectly.
Malabsorption, is a common feature in the aforementioned
conditions, which eventually lead to nutritional and mineral
deficiencies, causing many organ and system imbalances.
My opinion is to to follow the SCD program for Crohn's or UC
and go totally gluten-free for Celiac's (must become aware of all products which contain gluten!) and then get tested periodically for deficiencies, taking quality supplements to fill in the voids.
