Clear fluid during bowel movements

Hi.

I am a 22 year old female and for the past three days I have been having a clear puss-like fluid coming out with every bowel movement. The day after this started I started to have severe pain in my right rib cage and lower back. I made a trip to the ER and was told it could be a kidney stone but I had to go to my MD to find out. I was wondering if the clear fluid might be a side effect from a kidney stone or if I might have an intestinal tract infection.
