I can very much relate to your issues. I am going through basically the same thing, where Ive had issues every day for over a year, yet my tests are normal with some non specific inflammation, yet no one can seem to get a diagnosis. IBS was the most likely tossed around thing from the doctors i have seen. I don't have any of the "red flag" symptoms so for now, its IBS. Im not too sure about the H.Ply thing, althougth that is usually asscociated with ulcers in the stomach or upper small intestine, and causes low level inflammation. Most people with that have no symptoms though. Let me know if you find out anything further, cause our conditions are mirroring each other.
Thanks

My other worry is that if my symptoms are due to H Pylori or if have some kind of IBD. I have recently noticed that I starting to get headaches, nausea, eye redness and eye pain. I just went to see the eye doc and he said I have (Eyelid Inflammation Blepharitis) which is very common and and not worry about it. He doesn't think its due to IBD. I also have seasonal allergies. So the docs usually tie my bottom/abdomen problems to my hemorrhoids and my eye problems to my allergies. I hope to get to the bottom of my problems soon. I want to live again.
I will be in touch.
Thanks!

I have not addressed my GI problems yet. I was told by GI doctor no meds unless I have frequent and prolonged diarrhea. I have not treated my H Pylori yet. Last time I went to ER when I took the treatment for H Pylori. I am trying to reduce my symptoms by eating broccoli sprouts. I have had mixed results so far. I also drink lots of Ginger tea made fresh from Ginger. I just shred fresh ginger with little honey and boil it in water. Ginger acts as an anti-inflammatory but it sometimes constipates. I am just waiting to get little healthier before I start the H Pylori treatment again. Wish me luck.
Let me know how your situation turned out.

Perez..
