Colonoscopy/upper scope

Hi; Just updating I had my colonoscopy today with the upper endoscopy as well, the doc came in and said he saw inflammation in small intestines and did a biobsy.. He said not chrohn's or colitis, but is it possible still with the inflammation and will it show on the biobsy because all my blood works and symptoms lean towards chrohn's???Has anyone had this show more on the biobsy rather than the scope?? Please any info i have to wait 7-10 days for results...Thanks
