Constint Diarrhea

I am a 42yr old mom . I have had digestive problems since my 20's . in my 20's they called it Ulcers, in my 30's
they told me IBS. now in my 40's they tell me it is Ulcerated  Colatis.
I have constint Diarrhea every day of my life. I move my bowels at least 4 times in the first two hours I am awake.
my last colonscopy should my colatis is not inflamed so that is not causing my problem. I am gaining  weight which my doctors tells me is better then losing weight which does not make sence to me since everything I eat
comes out almost as soon as I eat. I have gone thru colonoscopy and UGD. the UGD showed Acid Reflux. and
and alot of acid in my stomach. I am on a ton of medicines for HIgh Cholestrol. High Blood Presure. Depression
Aniexty. which the last two are probably because I want to know what is really wrong with me. Any help would
be appreciated
