Crohns symptoms

Can someone please tell me what blood tests are available to detect Crohns Disease.  I had a colonoscopy on March of 08, CAT scan in June 08, but the tests were inconclusive.  While in the hospital, my blood work was all out of wack.  Very high SED rate, high bilirubins AST and ALT.  No one could tell me what I have.  I have all the symptoms; nausea, trouble swollowing, skin sores almost like hives (periodically), mouth ulsers,  many bouts of diarhea (diarrhea) throughout the day (about 10), rectal bleading, no appetite, weight loss, and now my hair is falling out at a rapid rate. I really dont want another colonoscopy, I barely got through the first one. Now my question, Are there any blood tests that can narrow this down?
