Does this sound like Ulcerative Colitis? or something else?

So here's my situation. I've had blood on my stool for years now, off and on. It usually only happens when I have to strain a little. Sometimes it's just a little bit, sometimes it's just a streak down the side. Rarely is it a lot. It's always bright red, none of the darker stuff. My stools do not change in shape, and I never have diarrhea or constipation. I also never have fevers or nausea. Some time ago I examined myself and thought I discovered a tear on the anus, so I just assumed the bleeding was due to anal fissures (there are even skin tags to back this up). The only thing that would lead me to be concerned is this weird feeling I have in my lower right abdomen. It's not painful or uncomfortable...it just feels like a muscle needs to be stretched, like a weird pressure. I can usually feel it at all times, although it tends to be worse at night for some reason. I looked at organ diagrams and the only thing in this area is the appendix, and I'm positive i don't have appendicitis. When passing stools, it does burn a little while coming out but the pain goes away shortly after finishing.

So what does this sound like? Hemorrhoid, anal fissure, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer, crohn's disease?

i'm not a doc but i had the blood in the stool like what you're explaining..i bought this book "Prescription For Nutritional Healing" at Wholefoods..i took the supplements they say to take for that..then when i had a colonoscopy the doctor wrote that the supplements cured it..try drinking aloe vera juice..i buy cherry flavored b/c it can be nasty..this was 2 years ago..now i am having the pain you're talking about in my lower right abdomen..now it seems to be moving up and i'm feeling something in my upper right ab under my ribs..going to the doc next week..you should make an appointment and go too...most likely the bleeding is from a hemroid that is inside..you say you bleed when you strain..so that's probably the problem but i haven't bled ever since i took the supplements the book says to take.

I forgot to mention, I am only 21 years old. My grandfather did have colon cancer but that didn't show up until he was about 87.
