I have Crohn's disease and permanent ileostomy and getting crampy pains down low!!

Hey,I have just found out I'm pregnant,I'm 37 and this is my 2nd child(my other is 15!) anyway my issue is that I have an ileostomy due to severe Crohn's disease and wear a bag,I suffer with bad wind and obviously can't get it out my bum...I keep getting some sort of pains down low and I'm unsure if it's wind or cramps,I am waiting on my doctor to call but am not holding much hope now as it's getting late! Any feedback would be great! Ps I am about 5-6 wks pregnant
