Is it normal to have the runs?

Is it normal to have the runs?

Yesterday I did not have breakfast at all, I only had two tamales that were really spicy at noon followed by Leuckic and Gackic (one is a anabolic multiplier and the other is a anti fatigue toxin agent). During my workout I continued to experience an uneasy stomach and I found myself burping alot. During the evening I had one incident of dieharea and anther right before sleep like at 1130 pm.

Can steriods cause dieharea or is it something else?

Do you have Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis?  If so, spicy foods are really not the best idea when you have one of those conditions.  I know before I got my Crohn's under control with the right meds, it didn't matter what I ate.  It would run right through me.

I recovered from diaharrea the following morning. I have been monitoring my stool since and it is back to normal.

I also have a doc visit scheduled for tomorrow.

Thanks for your input!
