My BM looks odd

Ok so my bowel movements have been causing me concern for the last year.  I was with out insurance and am not able to go to a Doctor.  So my bowel movements have been frequent, that has been for many years, 2-3 times a day.  But the consitancy has changed, it is very soft.  No formation at all.  It just piles up. It has an odd smell.  I know BM's smell, but it has a sweet smell at times.  I throw up about 4-5 times a month when having a BM.  
If you have any ideas please let me know.
