Need Help...what's wrong with me?

I have been having anal fissures for about a year nonstop and I used to have severe pain but it is not so bad anymore, but still hurts. I am wondering how long do fissures last and is this normal. Lately I have been having a lot more bleeding than normal, about once a week I bleed just when I am urinating not dulficating. My migranes (migraines) have increased since then and I can not get my blood to stay up even with the perscribed iron pills. Does all these symptoms equal up to anything? I have seen doctors and had a barium enema but nothing showed up, can someone help me because the fissures want go away.

i 'm crohn's disease patient i had a fissure that lasted for 2 month non stop with extreme bleeding. i wasn't responsive to any type of local steroid, until i was prescribed a prednisolone rectal foam injections  for 2 weeks( under the brand name of "predfoam" in my country) and the fissure is gone and my crohn's symptoms decreased ( including the bleeding that came from my colon and from the fissure). so suggest it to your doctor.
i really understand what you are feeling ... it is so difficult .
