Need help/advice

I am 10 years post take down/jpouch.  The past 3 years I have been more on than off antibiotics, 1st cipro and flagyl, now xifaxan.  I have tried: gluten free, dairy free, decreasing sugar, no chocolate.  Been on probiotics, fiber supplementation, glutamine.  Was on mercaptopurine, blood work started to get decreased WBC's.
I exercise regularly, but started to get intense leg cramping, yes, I hydrate well with electrolytes.  I get accupuncture
The problem is some of these irritated the heck out of me, even tried them on seperate occasions.  MY Gastro would like to remove the pouch and I am against it, unless there are cancerous changes.  Anyone out there have any other suggestions?  Thanks
