Need your openion please.................

Hi.
As some of you know, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 1997. In 2001, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in my lungs!!! (very very rare to happen). I have Arthritis, Asthma, Kidney  and many problems related to Crohn's.
I was put on prednisone all of these years which caused me severe Osteoporosis. Prednisone was the only medicine to work with me.

I do believe that my GI doctor made some mistakes during these years by putting me on prednisone on high dose for such a long time,  also he wanted to put me on Humira during my pregnancy, Humira is kind of new, so, I refused to for the sake of my baby.

I switched to a different hospital,  different doctor.

My new GI doctor started my on Remicade, I had very bad side effect, my arm was stiff and sore, so as my jaw. Yet, he wants to continue with Remicade.

What should I do?!!!!!!!! The pain is killing me,  pain is all over my body, he wouldn't give any pain killer, he said he wants to be able to tell if Crohn's is gitting better????It doesn't make sence to me.

Should I continue with Remicade? Should I find another GI( although I am tired of doing it again).

Please any openion, any idea, and what DR should I see to be able to help me with the pain, I was on Norco, and sometime Vicodine from time to time when the pain gets soooo bad. Should I trust to buy pain killer from Pharmacy online?

Any openion could help.

Thank you

Please feel comfortable with your GI

If you can't trust him/her with every decision... including putting your life in his/her hands... FIND ANOTHER G.I.

Your doctor works for you.  If you are not being looked after properly, ask him/her to explain and if you're not satisfied with the explanation and results get a different G.I.

PLEASE don't self medicate, and NEVER stop taking medication without talking to a doctor.
