Pain

by Jay7777777, Jun 21, 2009 05:17PM
I have had pain in my lower left side for 3 weeks now. I have had catscans done. One which said it may be diverticulitus and one which sates it could be colitus. The pain has gotten worse despite using 4 different antibiotics. The pain has spread to my groin and to my lower right side aswell. It feels alot like a pulled groin and sharp pains at times but the pain on the left is constant. It hurts the most after a bowel movement. I have not noticed any blood and the blood work looked good along with the stool sample. Although the sample was done before this wierd new pain. Im worried that something may be torn. I do have a colonoscopy setup for thursday but Im a little concerned in the meantime. Any suggestions? Also how would I know if I tore something or ruptured?
