Please Help!

I have Crohn's Disease and I have been having alot of lower back pain. I went to the doctor and had a UTI, so they gave me antibiotics. I have had 3 different antibioitcs and am still hurting in my back. I went back and did another urin screening and everything was perfect. I had them to do a cbc and it was normal also, but I'm still having the back pain. They are referring me back to my crohn's doctor and setting up a CT Scan to check everything out. My symptoms are the same as 2 years ago when I had to have surgery because of my crohn's. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before? I don't want to sound over dramatic but I have almost lost my life because of crohn's once and I'm very concerned about this. I just want to be careful and not let this go to far. Can anyone please help me with this situation?

Lower back pain very common its just another thing that people with crohns sometimes have to put up with. Testing may find no answers, just like it can be hard for some people to get a crohn's Dx. Try not to over worry, have Xray to get it checked out have a bone density test to check for osteo. Your bloods will let your doc know if it maybe comming from a deficency. I have had crohns for 30+ years and have back problems. Ask yourself is it intermittent pain some days not others. I don't know how long you have had crohn's for but you may find you will get other intermittent pain with other parts of your body like legs, arms, muscle and joints. They can be signs of a flare up at times. Just because you don't have bowel symptoms at times this horrible disease can still be attacking other parts of your body. All Crohn's people are different. If you get any acid relux heart burn please get it checked outas I thought I was just getting mild heartburn till recently when I had a attack which I thought was a heart attackand now I can add COPD to my list as the stomach acids can get into your airways.
