Please please help im not sure whats going on?Do you think I might have Crohn's.

I hope someone might have a ideah whats happening to me.It started about 5 months ago I just could not stop going dirreah mabey 10 times are more a day I ended up waiting 2 weeks to see my doc because I thought I had the flu.My doc did a bunch of test which ended up showing my Gallbladder was only working at 22% so they took it out that same week.2 months went by and I thought, ok im doing a little better ,then it all started up again really really bad stomach pain no matter what I eat and within 20 min my food is already coming out.My stools have been bright yellow and it really burns sometimes I get alot of pain on my right side I weighed 185 pounds 3 months ago now Im 158 pounds and I feel dehydrated.My doc order me a upper GI which sayed (The second and third portions of the duodenum demonstrate a thickened mucosal pattern with irritability.)Does anyone think this could be Crohns? I do not have blood in my stool. (Does that always happen if you have Crohns?Or can you have Crohns and have no blood sometimes?Im very scared because I have a 2 year old who has had problems since he was born.my baby got C-diff when he was 3 months old and again when he was 1 year old he had to stay in the hostipal for 3 days.Know hes 2 years old and losing weight and he always has dirreah sometime only once a day or he can go up to 5 or 6 times a day he also wants to eat every 15 mins its like he never gets full.He has not had any blood in his stool since he was 3 months old.If anyone can help I would be so thankfull.I am going to see my spec.Doc on the 12 of may but I have been waiting a month which feels like a year.Sometimes the stomach pain is so bad that I just want to go to the ER but I hate the wait.So im going to try to wait.Thankyou
