Probably don't have Crohns, but have a question anyway

I had a perianal abscess 2 years ago and it turned into a fistula because I let it go too long without treatment. It was operated on with fistulotomy and healed perfectly within 3 months time and I have no further issues with it. My uncle also had the same thing 10 years ago and has experienced no further issues. I tend to have an OCD (diagnosed) and panicky personality, so I've had every test imaginable- colonoscopy with biopsies, IBD blood test, full blood panel, and two fecal tests. Is there anything else I can do to rule out Crohns? The only symptoms I have are frequent farting and slightly above average but normal looking poops (2-3 times per day). Before you go on about perianal abscess being a sure sign of Crohns, the truth is (according to all peer-reviewed scientific studies) that only 5% of perianal abscesses are due to Crohns, and most (90%) are due to clogged anal glands. That's not my question. My question is what more can I do to 100% reassure myself? The biopsies were taken at the terminal-something and the colon...should I get biopsies taken of the rectum too? They saw no sign of anything in the rectum ( with the exception of the scar from the fistula it looked great) so they didn't take biopsies there (which kind of ticked me off). All of my doctors (proctologists- two of them and my colorectal surgeon all think I'm nuts to keep worrying). Should I demand a rectal biopsy? It's been two years since healing. Thanks
