Recurrent Nightly Abdominal Pains

Hello,

For three nights in a row, I've had severe abdominal pain.  Each night, my lower abdominal region starts to feel very achy and crampy. I feel the pain all around my waist, the lower abdominal region, the sides, and even my lower back.

On Friday night, I started having these pains right before dinner.  I couldn't eat and thought that I had to go to the bathroom, but nothing came out. They eventually went away. However, later that night, at around 11 the pains came back. I once again tried to go to the bathroom, but to no avail. They eventually went away after lying down.

On Saturday, the pains happened at about 10:30. I laid down and eventually the pains went away.

Tonight, I had some food for dinner, but felt the urge to go the bathroom, not the cramps. I had a large bowel movement but immediately after, the pain started at around 8 pm. I tried getting some work done but I couldn't concentrate because of the pain. I'm now lying down and the pain has subsided some, but it's still very noticeable.

These pains have happened every single night for the past three nights at about the same time. If this information helps, I am also 18 years old, in very good health, and I eat very healthy.

What's going on here?

Thank you.
