Server stomach pain

recently i have had two bouts with sever stomach pain. It starts out with some discomfort and turns into horrible pain. The pain is from under my ribs to my pelvic area. After a few times throwing up the pain begins to subside, but for a daya or two after i have pain in my pelvic area, so much that i walk around hunched over. I should also say that i dont have a gal bladder it was taken out a little over five years ago. i am wondering what these symptoms could add up to and if not having a gal bladder has anything to do with this.
