My Crohn's disease is in my small intestine, in the ileum, and the pain was in my lower right side but would radiate throughout the rest of my abdomen. The ileum was basically red, blistered, and swollen on the colonoscopy I had done. This caused anemia in me, since there was not only trace amounts of bleeding in my intestine but my intestines were also not absorbing all of the nutrients and vitamins from my food. This could possibly have something to do with what has been going on with you.
Don't be afraid of a Crohn's or UC diagnosis! My life is so much better now that I know I have Crohn's. With medications, I can actually eat whatever I want, and I rarely have abdominal pain anymore.
