Small bowel resection problems

I had small bowel resection surgery in June 2010.  I have never fully recovered from it.  I was diagnosed with C-Diff following surgery, and have been on all kinds of meds since then, including flagyl, remicade infusion and many more.  Last week I was having severe stomach pain and went to the ER, had a CT scan that indicated that I have another bowel obstruction and a foreign substance, that is liquid filled in the cecum area.  My doctor said it is too soon to have a colonoscopy after the surgery.  Did not get alot of information from the Dr's.  Has anyone had Crohn's blockage come back this soon, or any ideas of what might be the problem.  The just sent me home after 3 days in the hospital and to have a follow up CT scan.  Could this be the Crohns coming back this soon in another area?  Any help will be appreciated.  It is miserable.   Scully55
