Stomach ache

Last night I ate can spaghetti and my stomach hurt for houes after.
Tonight I ate a bbq sandwich and again horrible stomach ache.
In the past neither has been a problem so, I dont know what to do. :(

Yes stick with good foods or it will hurt I've learned the hard way cuz I'm a junk food junkie

Hey! Have you been diagnosed with Crohn's or UC. This sounds like an intolerance to gluten to me. While I was really ill I was not able to eat pasta or bread because it caused a lot of pain. The medications as well as my illness caused me to become intolerant to different food groups.
