Stomach pain

Dear Doctor,

My daughter, 11 year old since last 6 weeks suffering from vomiting, loose motions & severe abdominal pain @ 1 inch above belly towards right side and area below parellel to belly plumb. She has lost weight almost 3kg in month. Prior to this she was in Mumbai for summer vacation and afterward return back to Delhi, Since then this started.

Initially she has been treated by physian  almost for a month, they tried number of medicies, antibiotics, conducted tests such as abdominal sonography, widal, cbc, hemogram, stool test etc all are Normal, Finally doctor says this is due to intestinal inflamation (inflammation), cause unknown, She use to get temporary relief and again after week pain use to re-start.

Finally we have taken 2nd Opition with Gastroenterologist and till date treatment is continue with him,
As first review he advise her, CT-scan Whole abdominal after 5 days medication,
T. Claribid-250mg 2 times a day,
T. Colospa 3 times a day,
T. Lonazep.25mg, 3 times a day
T. Ondem 4mg 3times a day
for 05 days,

Her condition is improved almost 85%

At 2nd Review she is kept on same all abbove except Ondem & added Cap Econorm 1 a day @ noon. for 05 days.
CT Scan postpone for another 05 days.

Tomorrow her 3rd review is due, now she has no abdominal pain, vomiting or loose motion.
Since last 2/3 days she complains about sever headache start @ appx 10am last till 1~2pm
We gave her T. Crocin pain relif 1/2 as sos. Pl note headache time is same for all days.
I asked doctor, he said this is now developement, Need to ***** separately and not a side effect of current medicines,

We are confuse about this new developement, Still abdominal pain root cause is unknown to us,
Pl advise,
