Stomache pain, Constipation, soft boyant stool

So i am currently 17 years of age, recently within the last week odd i have noticed it is harder for me to use the restroom and when i do it is for longer periods of time. It is hard to push but when stool does come it is soft and sometimes slightly blood covered, but also floats (sometimes) i have actually just gotten over some previous hemmeroids.They also come on almost instantly and seem to stink horrendously. I am getting a pain in my center right side area as well on and off. This is starting to get annoying and wondering if i can do anything at all.
