Suffering for years from Bleeding/Inflammation

Thanks for any advice!!  I've been suffering for over 10 years from rectal bleeding (in the past I had cramps before) but after colonoscopy the GI said I only have hemmaroids and GERD and no crohn's disease.  But I keep bleeding sometimes a lot with bowel movements every month or two even though I've used these HC 25mg suppositories.  Do I have some kind of inflammation or GI disease please?

have you concidered possible food, spice or perservative intolorence? google it. this may lead u in the right direction.
