Thinking it's Crohn's but GP not very helpful?

Hello all. I've been feeling unwell for many years noe but always put it off to my poor eating or unhealthy lifestyle. Over the past 5 years I've improved in a lot of aspects but my health hasn't seemed to improved. I am 27, male and 180llbs. I've been to the GP several times over the past year and had a myriad of tests done. He checked my thyroid, diabetes, several EKGS, given me blood pressure medication, celiac disease. Everything has come back normal. I'm hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I have a gastroenterologist appointment in 6 weeks. Symptoms include fluctuating BP (130-170/80-100), tightness in chest, itchy skin, dry mouth/lips, constantly feel thirsty (consume 1500mls water daily minimum plus other liquids. Consumption is usually 2500-3000mls a day), constantly dizzy/lightheaded(hard to explain), difficulty concentrating, headache, nausea (especially in am and after eating), abdominal discomfort (usually LRQ and LLQ, in the past 2 weeks it is predominantly LUQ and RUQ), diarrhea daily until I was prescribed rabeprazole and diecetel which helps that, occasional constipation(last 2 weeks I needed to take sennakot for 1st time for relief but it left my GI system sore), decreased appetite and early satiety (I drink 3 meal replacement shakes on top of whatever food I can manage to eat daily(I average 60g protein, 200 carbs, 120 fat), dropping and gaining weight (drop to appro 180 gain to approx. 200 and fluctuates back and forth), sore muscles/joints, popping joints (especially knees, muscle spasms/twitches in hands(dropping things, difficulty getting and maintaining an erecting, very tired/SO  after little physical activity (I used to run about 25kmd a week on average and sometime last fall I suddenly found it very difficult to even run half a  km). My GP is a bit of a pill pusher and would sooner listen to a few sentences and throw a pill at ypu.  I'm feeling worse now than I ever have despite my efforts. I am hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.  Thanks:)
