You are probably dehydrated from being in the washroom so much. I would look into Emergen-C packs. You put them in water and they are vitamins that actually lift you back up and give your body a chance to hold onto something.
Look into shakes and smoothies. Healthy, add vitamins and veggie juices.
If you are on steroids you will be really thirsty as well.
Does anyone else have this problem when drinking a lot?
