To Bidet or not to Bidet?

Hi I was wondering what suggestions you have for improving dealing with Crohn's Disease,
so far the only thing that has helped me in the day to day stuff was getting a bidet, I got one from http://www.bluebidet.com that seems to do the trick but need more help with other suggestions
