Hi,
Im actually im in remission mild. And I got off all meds 1 year ago cause they would only worsen my symptoms. I beleive in natural cures now and organic remedies like aloe vera and fenugrek, probiotics. But even though Im on all those I find it hard gaining weight. I eat all kinds of food i dont strict my diet the way I should cause I want to gain weight, I loose control and of course I start getting sick.

You can gain weight but you need to have the disease under control first. What medications are you on? Are you in remission or in a flare?
