No, one ct with iv contrast was performed on my abdomen, the other ct was done on my lungs also with iv contrast, all normal. I've had uc for 8 years and this feels somewhat like a flare up but not totally,I started asacol three days ago it has helped with the pain on my right side and rectum ,and no my dr did not mention a colonoscopy. Also I've not had all symtoms of a flare so I'm not sure what is going on.........   sorry it took so long to get back busy mom........

Were both CT scans of the abdomen/pelvis?  Did your doctor mention a colonoscopy? What does your doctor say? A lot of conditions should have been ruled out by the CT scans especially when done with contrast.
