Which oral antibiotics can ulcerative colitis (proctitis) sufferers take for acne?

Hi~

Now that my ulcerative proctitis is under control (1g oral asacol and 1g pentasa suppository; daily) and my arthritic (collagen disease?) affects me mostly only upon waking, I have developed acne around my mouth/ chin!
I have been prescribed Acuatim cream (twice daily to affected area) and was told that if the acne is resistant I will be prescribed oral antibiotics.
My Q is~ what oral antibiotics for acne will not cause my colitis to flare, as I have read that most can actual induce colitis?
If you are a fellow sufferer of colitis and acne what oral antibiotics have helped you?
