Yellow liquid with stool
I have had Ulcerative colitis for 19 years.  But it wasn't until recently that I started getting yellow liquid mixed in with my stool - maybe the past year or so.  I also was recently diagnosed with Diverticulosis - one pocket on the left and one on the right.  I go in frequently for blood testing since I am on Mercaptopurine and my liver enzymes are fine.  I don't have the yellow liquid all the time, but when I do my whole abdomen is tender.  I am pretty sure the yellow liquid is bile but I don't know exactly what is causing it.  Gall bladder? Liver?  I had a CT scan about a year ago and I have no signs of gall stones.
